Abs & Arms Fit

Pilates Fit is a 45-minute full-body flow class combining Pilates movement with musically driven, functional movement and a touch of low-impact cardio to bring up your heart rate. Great for the core, but rest assured we’ll sculpt the full body and break a sweat. Who is this for? Barre Fit
BarreFit is a fusion fitness class that focuses on toning and building lean muscle through bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and weights. The burn is real in this fast paced 45-minute workout. Who is this for? Beginners, intermediate and advanced; our coaches can personalize the class to accommodate for injuries and varying levels of intensity.
Yoga Sculpt Fit
Yoga Sculpt Fit is our 45-minute yoga sculpt class. This fusion fitness workout combines the core principles of yoga while using cardio and weights to sculpt and tone your muscles. After this workout, you’ll feel refreshed and stronger. Who is this for? Beginners, intermediate and advanced. (This is a non-heated studio.)
Restorative Yoga
Rest and Restore is a yoga practice that is designed to put a pause on life, have a moment to yourself, and reset your week. In this 60-minute class, you will experience a gentle meditation to quiet the mind while holding restorative poses for 1-5 minutes each. This allows the muscles and mind to deeply relax. Who is this for? Anyone looking for a mid-week reset to clear your head and rejuvenate yourself for the rest of the week. (This is a non-heated studio.)
