Yoga Glow & Flow

Rest and Restore is a yoga practice that is designed to recover the body after a long day. In this 60-minute class, you will experience holding restorative asanas for 1-5 minutes each. This allows the muscles and mind to deeply relax. Who is this for? Anyone looking to unwind and feel the power of deep stretching! (This is a non-heated studio.)
Mat Pilates:
Mat Pilates is a full-body flow class combining Pilates movement with musically driven, functional movement and a touch of low-impact cardio. Great for the core, but rest assured we’ll sculpt the full body and break a sweat.
Family Classes
Baby Weights
Ages 0-12months. Parents get a workout with your little one! Strength training with your baby in your care to help you build confidence, feel refreshed, and stay on top of your fitness goals. A baby carrier is recommended for this class. Without a carrier, plan on carrying your baby in your arms during the class.
Family & Kids Yoga
Family and Kids Yoga Classes. Ages 2-6yrs. Practice traditional yoga poses through fun and confidence-building exercises. Ages 3-6 years. Yoga class for kids focused on yoga practice, posture & technique, mindful awareness, concentration & positivity. Participants of this class can be kids (without adult participant if 4 yrs and over) and adult guardians.
